AJS Lubricants provides this website for information and business inquiries. This page explains how contact-form information is handled. It is a practical privacy notice, not a representation that a full legal privacy review has been completed.
Information you submit
Our product inquiry form asks for your name, company, email address, product interest and application details. We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry and to communicate about products or services you request. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential technical information through the form.
Form and email providers
When you submit the form, your information is sent to FormSubmit, a third-party service that forwards it to our business email. Our email providers may also process and retain messages as part of email delivery. These services may process information outside Canada. FormSubmit may use anti-spam measures, including CAPTCHA.
Retention and sharing
We keep business inquiries for as long as reasonably necessary for correspondence and related business records. We do not sell submitted contact details. We may share inquiries with service providers involved in responding to your request when appropriate. The third-party form and email services have their own handling and retention practices.
